However, her “techno drum solo” dance is very erotic indeed, featuring all sorts of high-speed shimmies and stomach ripplings. It certainly does the job for me!

However, if you are out of shape and looking for a fun excersise routine that will keep you interested enough to keep excersing day after day, this DVD is wonderful. It is easy to follow and entertaining.

Posted on November 21st, 2009 at 5:32 pmI am a bellydancer and I love to practice even with fitness dvd’s. I have a bunch of pratice dvd’s from Rachels to Neena and Veena. I think this video accomplished exactly what it portrayed. She shimmies throughout the entire dvd something belly dancers can always improve on. This dvd is almost 100% belly dance moves which I also like. A nice workout and nice for practice. shimmies are a hassle for a lot of dancers but making it into a combination of almost non stop shimmying helps to start drilling that move into your head. Aside from the bellydance shimmy practice it really does keep your heart rate up.
It is a vigourous workout and your legs may burn from the shimmying and lungeing afterward it works. What more can a bellydance ask for a dance that helps them practice there almost number one move, burn calories and tones the body. All for a very low price. This can be used as a warm up before other less heart pumping drills or just getting your cardio up. This is a wonderful dvd.

Posted on November 21st, 2009 at 8:12 pmWell,I got this workout as a valentine present. I put it in the DVD and I thought it would be added to my collection of only use once DVD workout videos. However, since I got this DVD, along with Hip Hop Hip Drop, I just can’t get enough. In the morning I can’t wait to get up and excersise. I just love the way she teaches the moves becasue they are clear and many of the reviews say she is stiff but I think this is good because as a beginner you get to see the fundamentals of the move. This work out actually makes me sweat a lot! Before this DVD, I tried TAE BO and did not work, I tried Windsor Pilates and did not work and running and did not work. I have had this DVD along with the hip hop hip drop for two weeks and I already lost 10 pounds, of course is not just excersise alone but I eat a light breakfast so I can do my belly dance in the morning and then before going to bed I eat really light so I can do the hip hop hip drop belly dance video at night. I just absolutely love these videos!
